Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.1 PTFE Filament Guide and Mount (compatible with z-braces mod)

This is a remix of Herman_PID's filament guide remix here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:904146 and Drazen's PTFE tube mount here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:877258. I created these guides and mounts because there were none available for the Wanhao Duplicator v2.1 with the z-axis brace. To install the filament guide, you'll need two M3 X 16mm screws. For the PTFE tube mount, one M4 X 12mm screw will do the job. The part is designed for a PTFE tube with an outer diameter of 4mm - I used this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00THZKC8Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Both parts can take some abuse, so I printed them with a 35% infill and two solid top layers, bottom layers, and shells. Unless you're overextruding, the PTFE tube should hold well in both parts. I might redesign the side filament guide to be more elegant and mirror it if needed. If you need a 3mm version, I can create that too - just let me know! Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 35% Notes: 2 shells, 2 solid top layers, 2 solid bottom layers. Works with either PLA or ABS. I used PLA. The side filament guide will need to be printed with support.
