I've modified the bowden mount that attaches to the hotend, relocating the heatsink and fan to maximize space efficiency. The compact design minimizes overall width while maintaining a sleek profile. I've also created a bracket that follows the Z-axis, inspired by the Ender 3 and Pro models, which reduces the need for lengthy bowden tubes and retraction. By optimizing this setup, I'm able to achieve faster printing speeds with reduced ringing. The cloned Bondtech Mini can be purchased on AliExpress for approximately $21 USD, offering enhanced filament grip and increased torque from the extruder by adjusting the steps per millimeter. To accommodate various mounting options, I've designed the extruder bracket with multiple hole pairs. I'm using two short M3 screws to secure the mount to the X-end's cable chain holes, relocating the chains to the top of the new printed mount for a seamless upgrade.
