Wanhao duplicator i3 <=V1 - Glass bed XY corner clamp
thingiverse
Many people have warned that this design doesn't fit the V2 Wanhao duplicator i3 perfectly. Be cautious, and use a remix of this design if you own one of those printers. I no longer possess a Wanhao i3, so I won't be creating a replacement. Little clamps to locate your glass bed in the XY axis are needed. Per clamp, you will require: - 2x M3 bolts or grub screws (with a minimum thread length of 10mm) - 2x M3 nuts (or an M3 tap) - [OPTIONAL] Thermally isolating M3 washers - I used glass fibre washers, but nylon, rubber, or similar materials will work well. Your bed needs to be disassembled for installation, as the clamp is bolted into place through the riser bolts that hold the bed to the Y carriage. If you've made the (highly recommended) M3 nyloc nut mod to the bed levelling bolts, they are used to secure the clamp in the Z axis. Otherwise, use the levelling spring, but it may wear out over time due to repeated tightening and loosening. I also suggest printing this design in ABS, as its thermal properties will help prevent warping when your bed reaches temperature.
