Wanhao Duplicator i3 Right Side Filament Guide (4mm PTFE)

This is a 1.75mm Filament Guide designed specifically for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 printer. I created this custom design because my filament feeder is located on the right rear of my printer. The guide can be used without a PTFE tube, but it works best when paired with a 4mm OD PTFE tube that has enough slack to allow the extruder to move freely from left to right and top to bottom. I found this extruder end on Thingiverse (http://www.thingaverse.com/thing:932102) and it worked flawlessly with my 4mm OD PTFE. I've included pictures of the part as printed, then installed without a PTFE tube, and finally assembled with one. This combination has been working great so far, with no issues related to dragging or filament snagging. If you need a guide for the left side, simply load it into your software (Cura), mirror/flipping it, slice, print, and enjoy!
