This is a back plate replacement for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 Control Box, swapping out the stock 40mm back fan with an 80mm Fan enclosed within a unit. Vents are directed at the power supply, mainboard and center of the power unit. Print any 80mm Fan Grill, depending on the outer shape of your fan. For a square ending fan, print http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:377656, while for a circular ending fan, print http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:571272. Use stock screws to attach the back plate and any 4 fan screws to attach the fan and grill. The hole in the top of the fan housing is for fan power cables. I removed my inner 60mm power supply fan and cover; now, the machine runs much quieter and cooler. If you decide to do this, use cable ties to keep all loose cables in the top of the box next to the mainboard to prevent them from hanging into the power supply.
