Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Y-belt Pulley Mod 2020 REVISED VERSION I've created my own revised version of a y-axis pulley stabilizer for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus in 2020. I've tried out existing models before, but they didn't meet my needs perfectly. Most designs had an issue with misalignment, so the belt wasn't square to the axis at 90 degrees. At first, I thought it might be due to slightly different screw holes, but even some commercial products had small misalignments. That's why I decided to design a very rigid version that hopefully won't need any adjustments in the future. For mounting, this stabilizer has four screw holes, but I'm using only two of them along with a post. If you want, you can drill out two more holes in the chassis and mount it securely with all four screws. This pulley mod also comes with additional holes that allow you to attach external components like MOSFETs or other parts. The i3 Plus has some space behind the power supply, but no way to secure anything there. That's why I thought this was a good idea. # Required Parts: - 2x M3x10 screws (Stock is M3x6, which might work, but I don't recommend it!) - 1x M5x30 screw - 1x M5 locknut - 1x original pulley - or: 1x toothed pulley (If you use this one, you may need two shims)
