For anyone using docpayce's dampeners, you might experience a side-to-side bounce during printing. This movement can be corrected by adding middle support dampeners underneath the center frame. To achieve this, pair these additional dampeners with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1572655 for optimal results. Printer Settings: Wanhao Duplicator i3 is recommended. Rafts are not necessary in this configuration. Supports are a must-have to prevent warping. Resolution should be set at .2 mm. Infill should be 100% to ensure structural integrity. Post-Printing Notes: To verify the effectiveness of these dampeners, perform a sway test after installation. First, gently tap the upper Z axis without the dampeners and observe the noticeable side-to-side movement. Then, repeat the same test with the new dampeners installed and notice how the sway is completely eliminated.
