This is a customized Wanhao Duplicator i3 Melzi to Ramps 1.4 Adapter specifically designed to fit into the case with ease, allowing you to fit in the power supply comfortably. For optimal fitting, please use all capital letters when printing this part. To ensure proper installation, there's a designated spot on one side where you can securely attach a 50mm fan to the metal case using superglue. Although it may require some effort due to its snug fit, rest assured that it works seamlessly. When assembling, I highly recommend utilizing an M3 tap to create threads for the Ramps board screws. While it's possible that the adapter might not fit perfectly in place, you can always use a round file to carefully remove excess plastic where necessary. For optimal print quality, please set your printer to 100% infill with no support required. You're free to print this part using any method you prefer. To flash the Marlin firmware, we recommend using Arduino1.0.6 on Windows, courtesy of BQ and their Hephestos 3D printer.
