I bought a JANSJÖ clip style lamp from IKEA to use with my Wanhao i3 printer, but I wasn't happy with the clamp - it never held securely. So I cut off the clamp and designed this mount instead. It attaches to the right side, and you might be able to mirror it if you want to put it on the left (I haven't tested that). I've included the source Sketchup file in case anyone wants to play with it. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 100 Notes: You'll need a few M3 bolts, about 10mm long, to replace the standard bolts. You'll also need some more M3 bolts with locking nuts to clamp onto the base of the lamp stem. I used 10mm for these, but they were a bit short - 12mm would have been easier to install. I used double-sided tape to keep the switch in place and there's a small hole where you can thread a cable tie to hold the cord back. After printing, I cleaned out the holes with a drill bit. Added May 9, 2016 My original mount broke down after only a few weeks of use - it delaminated where it clamps onto the lamp base. So I rotated the model 90 degrees in my slicer and printed it on its side. This made the clamp much stronger. TL;DR: Rotate model 90 degrees in slicer and print on its side for better strength.
