Works with 3D printers running on firmware 2.0 and earlier. Fails to fit printers running 2.1 or higher without adjustments made. Keeps filament guide tubes from bending severely and reducing friction. To fix, install a slightly longer bolt in the existing bearing mount hole. The outside diameter of the filament tube is six millimeters. Additionally included are: G-code file used for printing with PLA material generated through cura software. FreeCAD design files, full parametric model created. Please be aware that using this guide tube setup limits maximum z height slightly. Installing any type of guide tube system will cause this limitation. I made an update: I have included a new file to create a tube holder which can be used to hold the free end of the guide tube in place. Apologies for the bad photo. Users require a longer m3 bolt to use this component, one measuring ten millimeters should suffice. By request, I added another version of the hot end side that is compatible with four-millimeter outside diameter tubing (filguide4mmv1.stl). Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to test it because I don't possess that specific type of tubing... I would appreciate any feedback on how well this part works.
