I'm here to provide information about a custom-designed air ducting system specifically made to accommodate a 60mm fan with a circular, or toroidal, air duct. The 60mm fan itself provides more than sufficient cooling. To achieve better clearance around the extruder, the design incorporates two significant changes: increasing the body's length by five millimeters and repositioning it slightly. This modification enables users to gain a bit more room for maneuver when working with their printers. For versatility, this duct comes equipped with not one, but two sets of mounting holes, allowing the user to position it optionally as needed. Printing this item in two separate parts is advisable, as this results in a smoother finish. Alternatively, if the user prefers, they can print it as a single unit, though the outcome might be slightly compromised.
