I used a current design as inspiration for this. Since I started drawing from scratch I'm calling it refresh instead of a remix. I added a second hole for the fan to help hold it in place. Holes for the cable chain. I made the end-stop brackets a little thicker to be more durable. the tube for the print cooler has been modified to compress the air a little more. the spacing for the X belt have been corrected so that you can use any of the tensioners for the V2.1printers there are holes on the side for mounting a bracket for the BL Touch with a slot in the back to run the wires through so you can mount it with the logo facing out. the design that inspired this is found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1777358 Print Settings Printer: modified Wanhao I3, Ramp 1.4, E3dV6 Titian extruder Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .25 is fine Infill: 18-25% Notes: I used PETG for its toughness. I was able to print w/o supports. my bridging setting are Unsupported area threshold 5.0, extra inflation distance 2.0, bridging extrusion multiplier 120%, Bridging speed multiplier 170% I recommend 3 outer shells and 3-4 top and bottom layers, use what ever infill pattern you r used to using. the little cylinder to the side is to help keep the offset for the fan for being printed too quickly.it distorted before I added it for some reason. Post-Printing I used the latest E3D V6 as my model and left the rings for holding it on the tight side so you can sand for a perfect fit. it won't take very much if any. if it is loose sand the flats of the clamping block evenly so that you can tighten it down more. the holes for nut to secure the 3mm clamping block are a good fit but you may need to use a small flat blade screw driver to keep it from spinning. it was a trade off of a really tight fit and not being able to ever remove it, or a looser fit where you could if needed. IE it striped threads. also recommend that you add a filament filter if you don't already have one. I have been using a few drops of olive oil on a sponge as a lubricant.
