Edited: Added file that should work with original switch/socket. This has not been tested printed, so print at your own risk - measure first etc. The hole/opening and screw holes are correct just the clearance for the switch body hasn't been tested. Needs a 60mm fan (use a thin one about 10mm thick but standard thicker ones will fit) First tidy the wiring - shorten all wiring cut length and reinsert into green mainboard plugs they're all screw down terminals easy job but tedious task do one at a time! Mine had excess wires total mess blocking airflow (see before/after wiring photos) Wiring needs to exit in upper right corner if looking at the back plate. New power socket standard kettle lead socket - wires are push on terminals. Printer Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: Printing in ABS (235/90) Took a couple of hours or so. The circles on the corners are to help prevent warping Bend them and they will snap off then use some fine sandpaper to clean up any tiny rough bits if necessary.) (I might modify this file to accept the stock power socket but it's bigger and might be a tight squeeze)
