The small clearance of the stock print fan consistently disrupted the clips securing the glass plate, causing them to dislodge during large object printing operations. A clearer view of the nozzle is now possible, allowing for real-time monitoring and adjustments as needed. Two modifications were made: one featuring a 30-degree angle and another with a 45-degree angle. Although pleased with the results of the 30-degree version, further testing of the 45-degree design was never conducted.
