Being fed up of the polycard door dangling me "TeT" while I struggle with those annoying bed adjusters - my solution lies within. To secure the latch arm to the top cover, you'll need to swap out that 3x16mm Allen Bolt for a sturdy 3x20mm one. If you're after a longer bolt to pass through the keep, just drop me a line and I'll pop them in the mail for a quid. Instructions The Fixing can be built directly on the bed without a raft, but constructing the latch with one will probably yield better results.
