Wanhao D9 Fan Duct Reworked - Initially, I used Tiny Machines 3D's flipped version but then decided to create a new design from scratch, retaining only the top fan insert. No need to reinvent the wheel when their design works well for most available fans. I'll post pictures of it installed soon. The major changes involved smoothing out the cavity's internal edges to direct airflow better, tweaking some edges to accommodate imperfect fabrication holes in the heat sink bottom and print quality variations. I printed with 0.15mm since I don't prioritize speed; printing at 0.20mm should work if you prefer a slower pace. This duct utilizes the stock cooling port on the bottom - simply print it and add spacers for precise nozzle height adjustment. Three spacer sizes are included, allowing you to fine-tune your setup before merging them into the main duct part for a final reprint. I haven't merged mine yet, but there's no detectable air leakage. You'll need three M3X25mm set screws if your chosen spacers require them; note that the mount uses Wanhao's default design, so you may have to shorten top-side extruder screws holding down the top box fan. The standard 5015 fan requires a specific voltage - use only 24v at 0.10 amps for safe replacement; any other voltage risks damaging your printer. When installing, verify wire colors on both the stock and replacement fans, comparing red and black pins to ensure accurate connection. I had to swap them during installation.
