Wanhao Duplicator 7 (D7) Improved UV 60mm Fan Shroud

The 60mm UV Module fan for the D7 1.4 is now equipped with an enhanced shroud that boosts its performance. A significant issue arose from the fan hub, which created a dead space on the UV module heatsink. Wanhao attempted to address this problem by incorporating small spacers between the fan and the sink, but unfortunately, it had little effect. To rectify this situation, the purpose of the new shroud is to relocate the fan to the bottom of the case, effectively placing the shroud between the fan and the heatsink. This strategic move significantly improves the efficiency of the heatsink. The design requires four M3X15mm hex head screws to attach through the shroud and the fan to the existing nutserts in the base of the printer. Additionally, the top holes can be tapped with an M3 tap, and the existing M3 screws can be used to secure the heatsink directly to the shroud. To complete the installation, simply discard the four black spacers and mount the heatsink directly to the shroud.
