This is a mirrored BLTouch Sensormount designed by dot_bob. For the Duplicator 6, the left side is preferred because the printhead fan interferes with the right-side Sensormount placement. Note that adapting Marlin config files is essential! You can use the Marlin from dot_bob but must modify the pins in ULTIMAN.h to match your setup (e.g., #define SERVO0_PIN 9 // PIN on little Printheadboard for BL-touch Servo). Additionally, you'll need to set INVERT_E0_DIR to true and X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER to -31 in configuration.h. Refer to dot_bob's GitHub repository for detailed instructions (https://github.com/dot-bob/Marlin-Duplicator-6/tree/1.1.x-bltouch). To wire the BL-Touch: Solder the pins on the little board: 1 GND, 2 VCC, 3 Servo Signal, and 4 Z-Min (check the attached picture). In Marlin's pins_ULTIMAIN_2.h file: Z-MIN is mapped to pin 29, and BL-SIG (servo) is set to pin 9. Hans Coetzee has also identified additional pins for use with the BL-Touch or other projects. I used pins 9 and 29. On J10, CTL is pin 10, BOTTON is pin 11. On J11, AC-DET is on pin A9. TX and RX are connected to TXD2 (pin 16) and RXD2 (pin 17).
