I designed a custom machine specifically for my Wanhao Duplicator 6 and 1/8" acrylic sheet requirements by modifying cornflake's hinges as a starting point. My design incorporates the new hinge base and body I previously redesigned, with the original pin resized to fit. However, due to my printer being temporarily out of commission, I am unable to verify the exact scale percentage used. To ensure smooth operation, I sanded my pin using 220 grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth surface and secure fit. **Pin Dimensions:** - Length: 58mm - Width: 12mm - Height: 12mm **Screws per Hinge:** - Socket Cap M3 screws (3x0.5x8mm) - Flat Head M4 screws (2x0.7x8mm)
