Order an additional 24V fan to connect in parallel with the factory fan. Install it using M3 bolts/nuts. I utilized leftover thread space from the carriage bearing to support the rod. Ensure ample space, preventing the bolt from touching the inner shaft's bearing holder. Use ABS or PET/G to print the necessary parts. After several prints, excessive heat persisted from the cartridge in the back. To resolve this issue, I cut a 5x7 cm aluminum piece and bent it to fit under the cartridge. A large hole is required at the nozzle location. Mount the aluminum piece using two-sided tape; refer to the last two added pictures. The next duct iteration will feature a closed design with only a gap for the nozzle. Apply an aluminum foil layer and cover it with Kapton tape to seal the opening effectively.
