WANHAO Duplicator 6 (d6) Light Modular BL Touch / Fan Holder

I finally decided to change the print head accessories on my Duplicator 6 after adding a BL Touch. The design was optimized to keep the full printing area available. Since I have a Bondtech direct drive extruder, there is clearance on the back. That area is used for the cables (cable guides). However, the mount should not interfere, even if you are able to use the full printing area. The BL Touch mount as well as the left and right fan brackets can be used independantly. The distance between the BL Touch and the nozzle was minimized. 17 mm to the front (y) 17 mm to the right (x) 24 mm sqrt(x^2+y^2) z Offset is approximately 1.6 mm The following Marlin settings were used: \#define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET \ { \ 17.00, -17.00, -1.65 \ } Below you will find the parts list: 2 * 40mm*40mm*10mm radial fan 1x M2x8mm hex cylinder head screw 4x M2x10mm hex cylinder head screw 2x M2x16mm hex cylinder head screw (ideal would be 18mm) 7x M3x6mm hex cylinder head screw 6x M3x25mm hex cylinder head screw 3x M3 nut 2x spring for BL Touch (included with BL Touch) Everything was printed in (orange) ABS. However, since the fan shrouds are quite close to the heat block, one might consider printing those parts in a more heat resistant material for even better results. All parts were optimized for easy printing and do not require support. The exceptions are the fan shrouds, as those had to have a special geometry and thus should be printed with supports for best results.
