Wanhao Duplicator 6 Braced Dual Fan Mount

Braced Version of Martin, Pawel & Neil's Wanhao Duplicator 6 - Double Axial Fan Shroud.\nThere are slight variations in clearances on the D6, so I've included thinner mounting spacers for added flexibility.\nWARNING\nI only advise this design if you're solely printing PLA/PETG and their byproducts. Elevated hot-end and bed temperatures when printing ABS can cause deformation of this design, even when printed in ABS or HTPLA.\nFor users who print with various filaments including ABS, I highly recommend my other design that retains the standard right-hand cooler and adds a left mount with a slide-on/off fan shroud. This enables easy removal of the deformed component when printing ABS. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1875511\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n Wanhao Duplicator 6\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n Yes\n \n Resolution: \n .15\n \n Infill: \n 25%\n \n Notes: \n Removing supports from the duct openings can be challenging, so be patient and persistent!\nThis design has been verified to work and remain stable in PETG. It's essential to avoid using PLA, as it will deform significantly and potentially cause damage. I attempted using HTPLA but couldn't achieve satisfactory annealing without deformation. Although ABS has a higher temperature tolerance, it's naturally more flexible. My recommendation is to stick with PETG for optimal results.\nWiring instructions and required fan information can be found along with the design it's based upon.
