My Custom Blower Fan Design Use a high-performance 40mm 24v blower fan with the outlet facing downwards. Mount it firmly using one of the existing screws, carefully placed in the back left hole without any spacers. Adjust the blower fan until it is perfectly aligned, ensuring no loss of movement area and a stable extruder temperature from the moment you turn it on. The design allows for a press-fit connection into the blower fan nozzle. Print Settings Printer: Duplicator 6 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 1.5 Infill: 100% Notes: I used high-quality Raptor PLA with 100% infill and generated supports automatically using S3d. Since the walls are incredibly thin, the infill percentage is not crucial for this design.
