The custom remix of the FlashForge snap mechanism fits flawlessly on my Wanhao 4S machine. However, since my springs are both longer and thicker than standard, I had to create a modified version that meets my specific needs. The design now performs perfectly without any issues. In the past, I tried using rubber bands to prevent parts from falling apart during assembly, but with this new design, everything snaps together seamlessly and stays in place thanks to the high friction generated by the springs. I am grateful to Simonwlchan for originating the concept and design that has made it possible for me to eliminate vibrations through the floor entirely. As a result, I can now print at night without disturbing my neighbors. The springs used in this project were 20mm tall with an inner diameter of approximately 6mm and an outer diameter of around 9mm.
