Wanhao Duplicator 4S Door Stop

Just picked up my brand new Duplicator 4 and was experiencing some trouble with the plexiglass door, which would not stay closed during prints. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a magnetic door stop to get it fixed fast. This innovative design consists of adding magnets to both the stop and the door itself to hold everything in place. To help you customize this setup, I've included the DWG file so that you can easily modify the magnet size based on your unique needs. I did give the steel frame with just the magnets at first but unfortunately it wasn't quite up to par so in the end I had to glue it right into the spot where I needed it most. Instructions Successfully printed with a 50% infill of PLA plastic at a temperature of 230 degrees Celsius along with a 60 degree Celsius heated bed for optimal results.
