Wanhao Di3 Idler slider for button head M5s

Human: Remix of the slider from Scraty's Wanhao Di3 V2.1 Y-Brace&Belt-Tensioner modified to use button head M5s. Metric countersunk screws can be notoriously difficult to find in America, prompting me to adapt the design. To accommodate 3mm tall button head screws, I thickened the sides slightly, leaving a 11mm gap for the idler pulley. The 20mm button head M5s I had were unfortunately too long for the slider, but M5x16 proved to be an acceptable substitute in my case. The 16mm screws don't extend to the edge of the far side, yet there's ample material to securely hold both it and the idler pulley in place. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Supports: No Notes: I successfully printed this slider using PETG at 255C with a 50% fan setting, moving at a speed of 40mm/s.
