Human: Crafted this tensioner to meet my needs, specifically designed for a MK1 printer upgraded with a 9mm Gates belt, requiring a single point of adjustment without tools. This design is tailored for MGN12 linear rails as it maintains the belt's alignment with the elevated bed. Hardware Used: (2) M5 x 12 button head bolts secure the tensioner to the 4040 extrusion; longer bolts make installation easier Stock t-nuts from the original pulley holder are utilized (1) M5 x 40mm hex head bolt (a 50mm long bolt was used, but a shorter one can be substituted) (1) M5 Wingnut is included (1) M5 x 35mm Bolt holds the pulley in the printed bracket (2) M5 flat washers provide additional support Stock M5 locknuts are recommended for secure installation ***Avoid overtightening your belt to prevent damage***
