Wanhao D9 Titan Extruder Mount by Erlich
thingiverse
I grabbed a few Titan Extruders that were just collecting dust, so I decided to put them to work. To avoid having to swap out the Wanhao Board or use someone else's firmware, I chose to keep the Auto-level sensor and nozzle in their stock positions, which eliminates any need for nozzle offset adjustments (which can't be done without re-flashing the firmware). I specifically designed this setup for the E3D V6 with a Volcano heatblock/nozzle and a BL-Touch. If you're using a different sensor or a non-Volcano setup, you'll need to adjust the mounting block accordingly. So far, both of my test units are working flawlessly. If you're experiencing similar issues, I hope this helps. Feel free to share any comments or questions you may have! I'd be happy to hear from you. I used DWONH's integrated fan duct for the E3D V6 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:895483), so thanks go out to him for that contribution! Given my available options, I opted for 30mm fans because they were easier to work with in the tight space. However, you could potentially switch to a 40mm setup if you prefer.
