Wanhao D9 / MP Pro MK1 Reinforced Eccentric Z Brackets

Inspired by clutz200 awesome brackets (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4414721) I decided to start from scratch and design some brackets that were not only reinforced but also used openbuilds eccentric spacer so adjustment is possible against the 4040 frame. Print with the flat side down (see pic). Hardware: QTY: 8 – M5x0.80 40mm Hex Screws QTY: 8 – M5x0.80 Nylon Locknuts QTY: 4 – Openbuilds Precision Shim – 10x5x1mm QTY: 4 – Openbuilds Eccentric Spacer 6mm QTY: 8 – VSlot wheels QTY: 4 – M5x0.80 60mm Hex Screws QTY: 4 – M5 T-Nuts QTY: 2 - T8 POM Anti Backlash Leadscrew Nuts QTY: 8 - M3x0.50 16mm Hex Screws QTY: 8 - M3x0.50 Nylon Locknuts The Precision Shims go on the side opposite the Eccentric Spacer between the printed part and the vslot wheel. Printed in PETG with a 0.2mm layer height and 30% Grid infill. Hope you enjoy it!
