Wanhao d9 mk2 spool holder extender

I'm adding a simple extension for standard 1kg rolls of filament that appear to be wider than others. It fits neatly inside the existing holder, allowing for easy swap-out if needed. If you can think of a better solution, please feel free to modify. The specs are as follows: * The hole through the holder measures 16.7mm. * The bar itself is 16.5mm in width. * At the cover end, it's 26mm across. * The nut hole on the holder is precisely 28mm. This other piece serves as a simple end stop; I could have used a screw fitting, but thought I'd experiment with this design instead.
