Wanhao D9 (mk10) inductive sensor adapter

This adapter shifts the inductive sensor of the Wanhao duplicator 9 to the back of the extruder. This adjustment compensates for the design flaw that places the sensor on the extruder's aluminum heat sink. As a result, the sensor heats up with the extruder, causing poor accuracy and inconsistent first-layer printing. Be aware that moving the y-axis limit switch is crucial to compensate for this change. If you fail to do so, the machine will not level correctly, potentially resulting in damage. You will lose 20mm of available printing area. When leveling the machine with the adapter, be cautious as the Wanhao designers did not install an emergency stop on the machine. Use a M10 x 20 bolt with two washers to secure the adapter. An adapter for an 18mm sensor is also included. I've experienced reliable homing since installing this adapter. Changing to a touch sensor does not address the underlying issue, especially when using an all-metal hot end.
