Wanhao D9 Hotend Cooler MKI and MKII + BlTouch holder PLA fix

Added the MKI type cooler also STL file (simple print no Supports) Few different variations added. One thing the D9 does not have is good cooling for PLA. Install this and it cools the PLA in the feeder and Cold end of the Hot End . It has a dust trap and used with CPU heat transfer paste bought my hot end cold end temps down from 100+ to 5 Over ambient. No more PLA melting and Jamming issues in the cold end. Holds the MKII cable and BLtouch Print @0.2 in PLA 210 First layer and 205 every layer after that . Supports 3 mm 30% Infill 100% Insert small foam piece in the tube cover. Separate the tube cover and place flat side down on bed. I have included a Filament cooler for the hot end also .. simple but works especially well for PLA up to 220 C Uses the MKII Fan
