I'm making a knob for my wanhao D7. I've published the design here in case you need one too. You'll likely require some m3-08 screws, as the base screws that come with the D7 are quite short. For this reason, I recommend using m3-06 or m3-08 screws, which fit perfectly. Have a blast!
