Wanhao D7 ParaLED, 4.3 inch Nextion and nanoDLP Shield v1.1 Upgrade

The Wanhao D7 has tremendous potential, but its performance is severely compromised by the ineffective UV LED array - Due to its size, a highly intense hotspot forms at the center of the build plate, while exposure decreases towards the edges. This makes it impossible to achieve consistent results across the entire build plate. Phrozen released the ParaLED upgrade, which is a full-size replacement for the UV source. As this upgrade is generic, I created a shroud that enables you to remove the fan from the ParaLED heatsink and attach it to the mounting already present on the base of the D7. This has an added advantage of providing more even airflow over the heatsink and eliminating the dead spot caused by the fan hub. I also removed the Wanhao board and replaced it with a Raspberry Pi running nanDLP and a nanoDLP shield. Finally, I replaced the stepper motor, coupler, and leadscrew with an integrated motor/leadscrew. This eliminates inaccuracies caused by the coupler expanding and contracting. It is recommended that you follow the steps on the blog rather than the ones on Thingiverse!
