This is my setup for the Wanhao D7 printer using PLA material. I've made modifications to prevent resin loss at the bottom due to gasket or screw hole issues. I'm not using a join plate, and the system for adjusting FEP is similar to that used in the LC10 Photocentric and other printers (as shown in this video). This allows quick adjustment of the FEP without needing joints or screws - just double-sided tape. It's been tested and works perfectly on my Wanhao D7 v1.4. The attached video shows how to replace the vat film in a photocentric LC10 vat, which is similar to the process for replacing the LA vat on the D7.
