I tightened the ball joint using a M8 30mm long bolt paired with its matching nut, and for the top knob, I used a 3/8 inch long bolt paired with its corresponding nut. The four M3 screws that originally secured the stock mount's attachment platform to the mount were repurposed to hold the ball firmly in place.
