Wanhao D6 Slider Block Upgrade

Wanhao D6 Slider Block Overview I grew tired of constantly leveling and tramming my gantry on my Wanhao D6, so I designed these new slider blocks. The existing metal belt bracket secures the belt, eliminating two pieces that make up the block. This single block is much easier to keep aligned due to the absence of vertical play in the gantry rods. I'm using this with @skuibreaker's [gantry block](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2193477). The Wanhao D6 gantry system is extremely difficult to disassemble. The entire linear system must be removed to replace these blocks. If your printer is functioning properly, I recommend against installing these new blocks. I've drilled holes in the back and side for easier removal of the 8 mm rods, but this is not required. To install these, replace your old blocks with the new ones, reusing all hex screws since they will be reused. These are a direct replacement, so pay attention to the originals' orientation. Reuse the belt bracket in the same manner as the old blocks did. Secure the gantry rods using the screws that attached the two bodies of the old slider blocks. There are two pairs of holes on the bottom and top of the block for this purpose. These pairs make it easier to secure, but you only need to use one pair. The tolerances in these designs are tight by design, minimizing play in the system. Depending on your printer, you may need to file or drill out the holes slightly. I used a thread tap to create threaded screw holes, but depending on the material used, you may be able to screw them directly into place. The Fusion 360 file is included for any necessary modifications to the original design.
