Wanhao D6 / Monoprice ultimate improved fan duct

This upgraded fan duct is designed specifically for use with the existing fan in a Wanhao duplicator 6 or Monoprice maker ultimate. It utilizes the original screws and fan to minimize changes. After conducting research, I came across http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1826526, which provided everything I needed for my dual fan setup, including the original 123D file. To create this duct, I modified the design by removing the second fan and connector pieces. I also noticed that the areas where the screws connect to the fan were thicker than the original duct, so I thinned those out to 2mm to ensure compatibility with the original screws. The back "wall" that wraps around the fan remained intact as it made attachment easier and provided a sense of solidity. This duct was printed in PLA and has worked seamlessly for me when printing with PLA and woodfill materials. However, if you're planning to print ABS or other materials that require higher heat, I recommend using a different material, such as PETG, as the original post suggested. I have not tested the heat limits of this duct beyond 210 degrees.
