These custom brackets are designed to offset the servos precisely, ensuring correct distance and smooth operation with dampers in place. I utilized 3D Printer Motor & Vibration Dampers that stand at an impressive 5.75mm tall. The extended version boasts additional lugs on top for added support, requiring corresponding holes drilled into the D6 enclosure. In contrast, the shorter variant replaces standard brackets entirely. To secure the nuts, a 9/32 or 7mm drive socket is necessary. A screw beneath the right motor serves as a cable guide, which may need to be removed or shortened to accommodate the bracket or alternatively, Version 2 can be used, featuring modifications on the right side. I printed these brackets using Carbon Fiber PETG in a five-layer configuration and 50% triangle infill for maximum solidity. The results are impressive, with vibrations noticeably absent. Early testing indicates that print quality has indeed improved significantly. The printing process is now remarkably silent, a welcome change for family members who can finally appreciate the peace.
