Wanhao D6/Monoprice Ultimate Bracket for Vibration/Noise Damper

These are 21.25mm brackets designed to precisely offset the servos with dampers in place, providing additional dampening for a smoother experience. Utilizing 3D Printer Motor & Vibration Dampers that stand at 5.75mm in height, these brackets have been crafted for optimal performance. The long version boasts additional lugs on top, requiring corresponding holes to be drilled into the D6 enclosure for secure fitment. In contrast, the short version seamlessly replaces the standard brackets, necessitating a 9/32 or 7mm drive socket to fasten the nuts in place. Notably, there's a screw for a cable guide beneath the right motor that might need to be removed or shortened to accommodate the bracket, or you can opt for Version 2 with an altered design on the right side. I printed these brackets using Carbon Fiber PETG, layering them five times around and incorporating 50% triangle infill for added solidity. The result is a remarkably solid structure that has exceeded expectations. When printing, the silence is truly astounding, much to the delight of my family.
