I added quiet and efficient blowers for the Wanhao D6's Arduino board, opting for standoffs that accommodate 1cm and 2cm blowers. The 1cm blower stands out as quieter and more effective at directing airflow. Securely fastening these blowers requires attaching them to the printer using the middle screw on its side. I upgraded from a standard M4 screw to a longer 12mm M4 to ensure a secure fit. These custom standoffs were printed in PETG for added durability. My setup features an uncovered bottom plate.
