Inspired by the quiet cooling of my Felix Pro 3 and the Ultimaker, I aimed to create a compact, lightweight, and highly effective filament cooler. Radial blowers boast high efficiency and are whisper-quiet. I opted for a genuine 24-volt model instead of a 12-volt one that can be driven up to 24 volts due to excessive heat when printing with ABS, ASA, or PC. For assembly, I employed 10mm M3 spacers. To ensure comprehensive cooling, I designed a dual-blower version that cools from both sides.
