My Wanhao D4S has earned its keep and taken a beating over time. Today, I spotted a rail clip fracture that left the rear of the rail disconnected. This direct replacement for the factory component is exactly what's needed. Since my primary machine wasn't available, I printed one in PLA. ABS might prove more durable, but for now, it'll do. To ensure this critical part withstands stress, aim for at least 25% infill. Its solid predecessor still broke under load, a clear indication of its structural limitations.
