Wanhao 40mm Extruder Cooling to 50mm Adapter

Well after sticking the Allen wench into the 40mm fan one to many times provided me a good reason to upgrade the fan from the stock under performing 40mm version to a 50mm fan for extra cooling power. However the question was how to attach it as using a standard adapter would not provide than clearance require so it was off to Open-SCAD to design a manifold to allow the cross mounting of the larger fan and here is the results folks for your enjoyment! In addition to the manifold, I also designed a new standoff to replace the two nylon ones which came with the Wanhao. These I printed with Rigid Ink PLA Plus (http://amzn.to/2fiwqq3) which prints like ABS at higher temps. I would also suggest printing the manifold with the same or ABS. As while I have tested with regular PLA, the manifold can pretty warm on the under side near the hot hotend (see FLIR images).
