Wanhao 40mm Extruder Cooling to 50mm Adapter

Well after sticking that Allen wrench into the 40mm fan one too many times provided me a good reason to upgrade from the stock underperforming 40mm version to a more powerful 50mm fan for extra cooling power. However, the question was how to attach it as using a standard adapter would not provide enough clearance, so I headed off to Open-SCAD to design a manifold that would allow cross-mounting of the larger fan and here are the results folks for your enjoyment! In addition to the manifold, I also designed a new standoff to replace the two nylon ones that came with the Wanhao. These I printed with Rigid Ink PLA Plus (http://amzn.to/2fiwqq3), which prints like ABS at higher temperatures. I would also suggest printing the manifold with the same or ABS because while I have tested it with regular PLA, the manifold can get pretty warm on the underside near the hot end.
