Thanks to David Kingsman for a great project and documentation. After building the clock followed by much filing and sanding I could not make it work with the recommended clock movement, even though it seemed to turn freely.  Here’s a remix of the project using a cheap 28BYJ-48 stepper motor driven by an Arduino Nano which overcame the problems. The Arduino sketch drives the clock advancing every 10 seconds.  Two push-buttons allow “quickly” moving forward or backwards to set the time.  It uses a stepper motor driver I wrote for another project which is included.  No schematic is provided as the wiring is extremely simple and is described in the sketch .ino file. The 28BYJ-48 stepper motor and ULN2003 driver board are cheaply available from a number of sources including Amazon and eBay for around $3, although you might have to buy a bunch of them. The ClockMovementGear is remixed to be a press-fit on the keyed stepper motor shaft.  I had to add a ¼” or 6mm washer under the gear to clear the motor mounting screw heads. Thanks again David Kingsman!
