Wand Drying Rack

I design a lot of Harry Potter style wands for people and when I paint them, etc., I always need a way to hold them, so I created a drying stand some time ago. However, I wasn't satisfied with how twitchy it was with the wand on it, so I wanted to redesign it. Then I came up with an idea to add a threaded rod to the upright part so that it could be inserted into the 3/8" #16 threads on my 1-2-3 blocks.
