Here are three files created from a stencil image of Walter White: one has no holes and two have different hole locations. The combined height is about 50mm, almost there. The design features 2mm solid parts and 2mm hollow sections for shadowing. The total thickness measures 4mm. I haven't printed this model as I'm waiting for my printer to arrive. Feedback would be great – adjustments can be made to improve appearance through tweaking the thickness and pocket depth, if needed. Alternatively, a mirrored version could be created with shadows extending upwards. Your thoughts are welcome!
