Wally from the comic strip "Dilbert" by Scott Adams. In this model, I showcase Wally's incredible ability to avoid work in ways that will amaze you. It seems like avoiding work is a job he takes very seriously and excels at! No special supports are required, but if you have the right filament colors, you won't even need to paint it! After assembly, this model stands at an impressive 200mm tall, perfectly in proportion to my previous Dilbert and Pointy Haired Boss models. Enjoy printing and building Wally! Print Settings: Printer: FlashForge Creator X Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 10% Notes: A brim or raft may be required for arm_right. Building the model: Colors (all pieces are single prints): Beige/Skin: head arm_right arm_left ... Black: shoe_right shoe_left glasses glasses_arms pens hair_right hair_left ... White: shirt sleeve_left sleeve_right eyes socks ... Brown: pants coffee ... Green: tie ... Gold: cup ... Printing and assembly tips: 1. No supports or rafts are required, but a raft or brim may be necessary for arm_right due to its small base and part angle. 2. All pieces were printed and assembled using a .4mm nozzle, but a .5mm nozzle should work well too. 3. The diagram below will guide you through assembly, which is surprisingly straightforward. 4. To assemble the model, simply glue all the parts together. 5. The eyes fit snugly into the back of the glasses; I was able to insert them right off the printer with no cleanup needed. 6. For small parts like hair and glassses_arms, use tacky glue for easy assembly. 7. My goal is to create fun models that require minimal effort and supports. If you encounter any issues, please let me know so I can learn from your feedback!
