Human: Wally from the comic strip 'Dilbert' by Scott Adams. In the comic strip, Wally is a master of avoiding work in ways that seem impossible. He makes it look like a job, something to be proud of! No one would ever guess he's actually getting out of work. No supports are required for this model. With the right filament colors, painting isn't even necessary. The completed model stands at an impressive 200mm tall after assembly. This model is perfectly proportioned to fit with the Dilbert and Pointy Haired Boss models previously shared. Enjoy building it! Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator X Rafts: Not Necessary Supports: None Needed Resolution: .2mm Infill: 10% Notes A brim or raft may be necessary for arm_right. Building the model is a breeze. Colors (there are no multiple printed pieces) Beige/Skin: head arm_right arm_left... Black: shoe_right shoe_left glasses glasses_arms pens hair_right hair_left... White: shirt sleeve_left sleeve_right eyes socks... Brown: pants coffee... Green: tie... Gold: cup... Any color (hidden part): body_bump Printing and assembly tips Printing Tips: 1. No supports or rafts are required for the pieces, but a raft or brim may be needed for arm_right due to its small base and part angle. 2. All pieces were printed and fitted using a .4mm nozzle. I verified that a .5mm nozzle should still work well with the small parts in my slicer. 3. Assembly is straightforward, thanks to the diagram in the pictures section. Assembly tips: -The model is designed to be glued together. -The eyes fit snugly into the back of the glasses. They slide right in without any cleanup needed. -For some people, small parts can be tricky to glue together. I used tacky glue for the glasses_arms and they fit perfectly into the notch on the head. While the glue was still wet, I placed the glasses with the eyes already inserted onto the nose and glued them into the glasses_arms. It's much simpler than expected. -The hair parts are small, but with tacky glue, they shouldn't pose any problem. General comment: My goal is to create models that are fun and easy to build, free from supports and simple assembly. If you encounter any issues, please let me know so I can learn from your feedback (Thanks for the tremendous constructive feedback on my previous models!). All parts should fit nicely, with only minor cleanup needed if necessary.
